Brentwood shows its spirit!

Stuco encourages all students to participate in spirit week.

Homecoming is right around the corner here at Brentwood High School, and with that comes Spirit Week! This year, the Student Council has brought together a great list of themes for each day of the week and a prize for the most participating class!

Our first day of spirit week is tomorrow, Monday the 26th. The theme is Hawaiian Day, so put on your favorite flowery shirt and a grass skirt and come to class in your luau gear.

Tuesday’s theme this week is TV Show Tuesday. Dress up as your comfort character from your favorite show and pretend your Zoom classes are new episodes!

On Wednesday, the theme will be Jersey/Spirit Day. Come decked out in purple and gold or show off your favorite sports team in their merchandise.

Throwback Thursday is next. This is where students can choose their favorite decade and travel back in time. Search through your parents’ closet to find the perfect outfit from the past.

Finally, we get to Halloween Friday, where students get to show off their costumes a day early to the rest of their classmates. At the start of each day, send pictures to the Student Council at [email protected] to be counted for your grade level, and check back at the Nest next week for an update on how spirit week went!
