Brentwood Winter Fundraisers
As we quickly approach the holiday season, Brentwood is holding two fundraisers to help raise money for people in need.
Brentwood Student Council’s Holiday Giving Project, called the Giving Snowperson, is happening right now. STUCO is sponsoring nine district families, including 18 children of all ages. Because of COVID-19, this year, STUCO asks people to donate gift cards of any amount for places such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc. If you decide to contribute, please bring in or send the links to the gift cards via email to [email protected] by Monday, December 21. The Feminist Coalition Club’s Candy Canes for Your Crush is also underway. Candy canes will be sold before school on December 14th through the17th for $1 each. They will be delivered to advisories on Friday, December 18. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to purchase goods for Lydia’s House, which is a local women’s shelter.
